But I am sorry to say that during this conclusion, though it ultimately reached the desired outcome, the ride there wasn’t fulfilling. It is a young fantasy series and stands as a fun, easy read, but it could have been stronger and more tightly written and edited. I am so happy with how it ended though. I also love that she didn’t change her mind in the end and just grew as a character with understanding. All th If the phrase ‘Disgrace to literature’ ever meant anything, this book revolutionizes its definition.
But if you, like me, see in this book the needed closure for your former teenage selves, then this will probably be a bittersweet goodbye you will begrudgingly enjoy. And then, the romance. I am also proud to say that I own the whole series on my personnel book shelf here at my house.
Immortal Hearts is the perfect ending, even though I am so sad to say goodbye to Raven and the gang. After 12years of marriage, me and my husband has been into one quarrel or the other until he finally left me and moved to California to be with another woman. I mean, I know this isn’t quality literature, but I expected a bit more effort than what was in Immortal Hearts.
Just like headts other books in this series, you go on one final adventure with Raven into the heartd of Dullsville. That being said, Vampire Kisses stays very true to the “typical vampire. Does everyone get staked or chased out of town? I also loved the purpose for Stormy’s character. I’m glad everything worked out and all, but I just wish it were more realistic. Schreiber delivers their relationship in a tasteful, teasing way- making this an acceptable read for a younger audience.

I’ve been loyal to this series for almost a decade and almost every book in the series got me through a lot of things during my angsty teenage years. There is also some surprising twists throughout the story that keep you on your toes until the very end. Less like Raven wrote the book herself to make it a happy ending. I would love to summarize hearhs plot, but there really isn’t much of one.

I enjoyed the characters and plot line threading through the series, however, the writing was often tedious and repetitive. Apr 28, Ea Solinas rated it did not like it. I find this series almost satirical in scyreiber, like the author is poking at vampires a bit and those schrriber who love them so much.
And, how is one a half-vampire, like Jameson the butler? I enjoyed this book because it is a story that most young girls can relate to when it comes to wanting to make good impressions.
