Book Review – I Remember You by Yrsa Sigurðardóttir | I’d Rather Be In Iceland

A chilling note predicting the deaths of six people is found in a school’s time capsule, ten years after it was buried. Third chapter through middle of book: I Remember You is a duel narrative that switches off every chapter. Meanwhile, in a town across the fjord, a young doctor investigating the suicide of an elderly woman discovers that she was obsessed with his vanished son.

The abandoned town really is creepy, and I want to know what each odd occurrence signifies. The second part of the sigurdareottir is about a doctor, Freyr who has split with his wife Sara after they lost their son Benni, who disappeared without trace and has been pronounced dead.
