In reality it is written beforehand and while I always allowed room for discussion in professional growth counselings derogatory counseling is strictly by the bullet points.


The evaluating officer must check whether the NCO has met each of the 7 core values and can provide any comments about this evaluation.

The duties of the NCO must be supplied, along with descriptions of special emphasis and appointed duties in which the NCO covered over the evaluating year.
