This would be fine if it weren’t for the fact that so many people crave addictive and harmful substances like sugar and processed foods and alcohol.

Overall, however, I found this book to be a tad confusing, with some serious ‘over thinking’ going on and a few questionable strategies put forward – though I wondered if I felt this way due to not quite relating to the condition being discussed?
